Take a break and relax, give it some thought, and decide:
- Am I a fantastic driver with nothing to learn;
- Am I a high mileage driver and at times very vulnerable;
- Have I ever been involved in an accident and / or a near miss;
- Would passing the RoSPA advanced driving test make me feel good;
- Would passing this test help reduce my insurance costs;
- Would it give me confidence and help me deal with the ever increasing road and traffic conditions;
Peter not only holds the GOLD award for his driving (3 times) but he also is the proud owner of the RoSPA Diploma; (theoretical knowledge, driving, teaching and classroom presentation) qualification.
All lessons are structured to each individual needs. Following every training session instant feedback is given to the client and a full written report will follow.

RoSPA is totally dedicated to promoting road safety.
It is a registered charity established 80 years ago and its aim is to improve road safety, improve driving standards, knowledge and skill. |
 | About the test The test will last for about 90 minutes over a route covering a wide variety of traffic and driving conditions and throughout this drive the examiner will be able to detect any weaknesses and / or potentially dangerous habits.
The examiner may ask you to do a slow speed manoeuvre and / or a driving commentary. A thorough comprehensive knowledge of the Highway Code and the Police Handbook (Roadcraft) is essential. The examiner will give you the result at the end of the test and he will give you a grade: Gold, Silver or Bronze. A grade below bronze is a fail.
A full written report will be sent to each test candidate irrespective of the result. The GOLD grade is the highest award open to a civilian driver in the United Kingdom. The test has to be re-taken every three years. All re-tests are free of charge. Peter has taken this test three times and at every attempt he has achieved the highest grade possible (GOLD).
