Q: How much does it cost? A: The Licence is valid for 6 months and costs £125:00
Q: Can I apply for this licence when I pass my Part 2. A: No, firstly you have to complete 40 hours of Part 3 training then you have to get a completed and signed ADI 21T form from your trainer and it must be sent to the DSA with the appropriate fee (currently £125).
If you do your training with Oakwell School of Motoring and wish to proceed down the trainee licence route, we can help you get placement with a driving school of our recommendation.

To allow the trainee to gain practical experience whilst studying for the part three exam, a trainee Licence is available once Part 1 (theory) and Part 2 (driving ability) has been passed but it is only available to those trainees who have completed the regulatory 40 (forty) hours practical training.
