Q: How do I prepare for my check test.

A: No, the examiner wants to see your teaching, instuctional ability, not how good your best pupil is.

Q: Is a fleet check test like a normal check test. 

A: Yes, but the format for the test is different.

            OAKWELL ADI Check Test Made Easier

This booklet was specifically written for ADI's who have: 

1. A check test approaching.

2. Their first ever check test.

3. Their first ever "fleet" check test.

4. They have failed a check test.

5. They require further information and / or training

A "Grade 6" is easily achievable but you have to understand what is required from you on the day.

Training for the normal DSA Check Test (2 hr sessions)

	A discussion on the Check Test requirements, discuss the ADI 26 CT form, etc.
	A one - hour assessment of your instructional ability on a normal driving lesson or role play scenario which ever you prefer.
	A full written report on your strengths and weaknesses, plus immediate feedback, plus Oakwell Check Test Booklet.

The DSA Fleet Check Test (2 hr sessions)

Oakwell School of Motoring have designed this course for ADIs who are now required to do a "Fleet Check Test".

	Analysing the last check test report, discuss in detail the format for the "fleet check test".
	Trainer to role-play client on a training session to further improve coaching skills and techniques.
	Discuss the Core Competencies, Check Test form (ADI 26CT), What client to present on the day

Following this structured training session you will be more knowledgeable with regard to:

1.  How to carry out a perfect "fleet check test" whether it is with a client or a role play scenario.

2.  Further improved coaching techniques, more improved knowledge on the check test and check test form (ADI 26CT). 

3.  Higher knowledge on the core competencies, what client to present for your check test, how the check test should be structured. 

4. What paperwork is required.
